Established in 2017, we are licensed vacation homes in Tokyo, Japan, aiming to provide a home for travellers outside their home.
We are owning four cozy vacation homes with easy access to airport as well as main tourist spots in Tokyo.
We strive our best to treat our guests as family and would be happy to offer travel advice and assistance, so you can get the most local advice and live like a local!

OUR VACATION HOMES IN TOKYO
1. Villa Sunflower
2BR - Easy access from Airport, Skytree, Asakusa, Ueno,
good for family and friends travelling together!
(good for 5 people to stay, maximum 6 people)
Room size: 42m2
Location
7 min walk from Aoto Station at Keisei Main Line (Katsushika district, Tokyo).
Direct train from Narita and Haneda Airport (app. 50 min) and train ride time to the following tourist destination:
6 minutes to Skytree Tower
10 minutes to Asakusa
11 minutes to Nippori
15 minutes to Ueno
25 minutes to the Higashi Ginza (can walk to the Tsukiji market from this station)
25 minutes to Shimbashi (can walk to Ginza)
27 minutes to Daimon (can walk to the Tokyo Tower)
30 minutes to Ikebukuro
45 minutes to Disneyland
Located in a residential area, there are supermarkets, drugstores, 100 yen stores, convenience stores and various restaurants around the station. It takes 8 min to walk to a large Don Quijote store which sells everything from food, daily necessities to interesting stuff which open till 5 am in the morning.

"Yong was very flexible with the check in and check out timing and it really saved me, not to mention, there was a guide sent for how to navigate and local food recommendations. The food was so good and not something you can find online! Truly local gems! The best thing was the responsiveness of the host. Yong constantly replied to me immediately and I always felt safe if i needed any help. I have no complaints about the place. It's near Aoto station which you can use to get to Skytree or Asakusa easily, and its not far from other places you might want to visit. It's also only an hour from the airport."

2. Villa Lavender
2BR - Excellent for family with kids! We remodelled the Japanese style closet to a child bunk bed! Your kids must like it!

Just 3 min walk from Horikirishobuen station at Keisei Main Line (Katsushika district, Tokyo).
Easy access train from Narita and Haneda Airport (app. 50 min) and train ride time to the following tourist destination:

32 min to Ikebukuro
35 min to Ginza
50 min to Disneyland
Located in a residential area, there are supermarket, drugstores, 100 yen stores, convenience stores and various gourmet restaurants (including really nice yakiniku, ramen which I can introduce!) around the station.

2BR - Excellent location! 5min to JR Yamanote line Sugamo station,
5-15 min train ride to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku.
2 bedroom to accommodate 4-5 adults

5 min walk from Sugamo station at JR Yamanote Line/ Metro Mita Line (Toshima district, Tokyo).
Easy access train from Narita and Haneda Airport (app. 1 hour) and train ride time to the following tourist destination:

15 min to Shinjuku
20 min to Shibuya, Ginza, Tokyo station
25 min to Asakusa
50 min to Disneyland
Located a 5-minute walk from Sugamo Station on the Yamanote Line. The nearby living facilities are excellent, with different kinds of restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, 100 yen store, and convenience stores nearby. Also, just opposite is the famous tourist attraction Sugamo Shopping Street. And it’s only 2 stops and 4 minutes by train from Ikebukuro!

"The house is warm and cozy even it's so cold outside. We particularly like the shopping street which is just right opposite, there's a lot of things to see, and the shrine there is actually very famous for health. It's close to tourist attraction, and at the same time it is not as busy, but still with a lot things nearby."

4. Starry Mansion
5min walk to station, and 8 minutes direct train ride to Shinjuku!
Good for backpacker/ budget travellers (accommodate 2 adults)
Room size: 18m2
Location
Located just 5 mins walk from Higashi Koenji station at Tokyo Metro Marunouchi line (Suginami district, Tokyo).
8 min direct train ride to Shinjuku, and
15 min train ride to Kichijoji
25 min to Ginza
28 min to Tokyo
12 min walk to Nakano which has 0101 department store, as well as Nakano Broadway (very famous for toys and anime products).
It's located at comfortable residential area with supermarket, 100yen shop and quite a lot of nice cafe and restaurants (ramen, sushi, curry rice, yakitori etc) to choose nearby.
Room Configuration
The room is compact but well designed that can fit 2 adults. With toilet and mini kitchen inside the room.
The room has a very comfortable semi double bed (120cm wide) plus a single japanese futon at the loft.

Please note that this room is located at the 2nd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR. There are around 15 steps of staircases.
Also, please note that you need to climb a ladder to access the loft. Please be careful, especially children.

“Small but nice apartment right near Shinjuku train station. You can be in the center in only 15 min. The location is quiet, but you still have everything you need. The only problem: the apartment is not suitable for people with a lot of luggage, the apartment is small and a little tight. However, a top solution for solo travelers and couples with backpacks! Nevertheless, I can recommend the apartment.”
